Overview

Announced in 2006, the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition is an exclusive, high-performance version of the SLR supercar. Its name pays tribute to the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR that won the 1955 Mille Miglia race with the number "722". This special edition features an uprated 650hp supercharged V8 engine, a lower and firmer suspension, and larger ceramic brakes, making it the polished pinnacle of the SLR's performance.
