Announced in January 1999, the R34 Skyline GT-R was a legend from the moment it was born. With its powerful 2.6-litre twin-turbo straight-six engine, advanced ATTESA E-TS 4WD system, and new 6-speed Getrag transmission, it was said to be the strongest domestically produced car in Japan.
