Overview

Appearing at the very end of World War II, the M26 Pershing was the heavy-hitting medium tank the U.S. Army needed to take on the fearsome German Tiger and Panther. Armed with a long 90mm gun and featuring excellent mobility, the Pershing proved its worth in the final push into Germany. It went on to serve with distinction in the Korean War, where it successfully engaged the Soviet-built T-34/85 tanks.

This classic 1/35 scale kit from Tamiya is a detailed replica of the famous American tank. It faithfully reproduces the Pershing's powerful form, with a realistic cast iron texture on the hull and turret. A standout feature is the movable suspension, which allows the model to be conformed to uneven diorama surfaces. The kit is completed with two crew torso figures, open or closed hatches, and four different marking options.
